House finally gets an interesting case, but his dad has died. With a patient laying on a hospital bed, and an interesting case for him to solve. House instead of solving the case, finds himself on a road trip to his fathers funeral. House vehemently tries to delay the inevitable, even going as far as trying to get Wilson arrested. Which he manages to do, by accident no less, but not for the crime he was thinking. With both Wilson and House arrested, we learn about the origin of the their friendship, and how throwing bottles, can sometimes help that friendship. House and Wilson discuss the patient and come up with the conclusion that she, shouldn’t be alive, do to the fact the Chinese government had an acted the one child law. But something hadn’t gone right when the parents attempted to get rid of her. But she survived until her mid-twenties, and now has problems, House wraps up the case when he comes back to New Jersey in quick fashion. And Wilson and House are friends again for the most part. I’d give this episode a 9 out of 10. Well acted by both Hugh Laurie, and Robert Sean Leonard. The only thing I didn’t like is the semi-foreshadowing of hiring his old crew back, I like the new cast better then the older one. But it might just be my imagination at this point.
